How long does delivery take?
Paid orders ship the next business day by Canada Post. Most parcels in BC and Alberta arrive in 2-3 business days; Ontario and Quebec typically 3-5; the Maritimes and the territories can take a little longer. Your tracking number shows the live estimate.
Is mail order safe?
Every order is vacuum sealed and packed plain, so nothing identifies the contents. Your information is stored securely and only used to ship your order.
What if my parcel is late?
Check the tracking first - Canada Post sometimes scans late. If it has stalled, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it.
