Prince Edward Island is the furthest province from our west-coast dispatch, and parcels cross the Confederation Bridge after sorting in Moncton. Plan on four to seven business days; Charlottetown and Summerside are usually at the quick end.
The Island is small, so almost every address is on a regular Canada Post route. Rural addresses that cannot take a large parcel have it held at the nearest post office.

Ordering to a Prince Edward Island address
Order once, order well
Because the trip is long, it is worth ordering a few weeks’ supply at once. Bundles and ounces are the best value per gram and ship in one sealed parcel.
Rural routes
Use your civic address and add a phone number so Canada Post can reach you if the parcel is held for pick-up.
Weather on the bridge
High winds sometimes restrict the Confederation Bridge to cars, which can hold trucks for a few hours. It rarely adds more than a day.
