Ordering to an Ontario address
Condos with a concierge
Most Toronto and Ottawa condos accept parcels at the front desk. Add your unit number and full name exactly as on your ID so concierge can match it.
Northern Ontario
Thunder Bay and the northwest are actually closer by route to Winnipeg than to Toronto, so parcels sometimes arrive faster than you would expect. Remote and fly-in communities can take up to a week.
Cottage addresses
If you are ordering to a seasonal address, use the 911 civic number and add a phone number. Many cottage roads only have community mailboxes or a post office in the nearest town.

Most GTA parcels arrive in three to four business days after payment. Ottawa is about the same.
Do you ship to Northern Ontario?
Yes, to every Canada Post address in Ontario. Sudbury, North Bay and the Soo are usually four to five business days; the far north can take up to six or seven.
